I hyperventilated in these caves we got here in NSW (Jenolan caves), and they had to get the medics to come and get me because I had worked myself into such a state of hysteria. And when I was little once, these two girls from grade three locked me into a storage cabinet in our school attic, and then when I was about four, my uncle locked me in the pantry because I wouldn’t stop crying. I’m starting to think that perhaps I’m not claustrophobic, and that my fear of enclosed spaces is rather rational, actually. O.o

And blew it...class was no go for me for about 2 weeks until mum called up and told her to apologise to me... when she didnt...they called the headmistress person (whos also a nun >.> ) and she had to come to the class, pull my teacher aside, and then force an apology out of her, after they found me...not in class x.x

And being an animator would be hell too. My mum worked for one for a while. She's worked for several. It's not a too great job, unless you find constant work which would be ok, especially with an alright payment. But that's quite rare. And then you'd wanna do your own thing after a while- it's very easy to get sick of animating other people's ideas...

But animation would be almost as unbearable... from what i've seen of it- perfect tracing of almost the same images of someone else's ideas... time pressure too ....i'd hate it. And the pay is pretty shite. It's ok when the animation and ideas are good and well done- but that's again VERY rare these days. VERY... what with all this digital stuff, which HAS helped, but onyl when done right and with good skill (also kinda rare...). Hardly anyone opts for traditional free hand animation these days, and that always looks the best (for me in any case :P)
